"have been buying from create/craft for a while before joining the club, could have saved myself lots of money,best thing i did was to join have received free badge,magazine and have saved loads on the one time offers that have just been on.The only thing i don't know how to access is the free downloads and club only offers maybe someone can help me."

"l have been a member since the club started but have not yet renewed my membership for this year. Like many of the other reviewers I have not been able to get hold of a free gift this year and apart from one magazine have not received a copy at my home address.
I also find that even with the 10% discount the cost of postage means that many ot the items can be sourced cheaper elsewhere - unless you buy a number of of items to take advantage of multi-line P&P which is a good deal.
I like the revamped programmes with the wider range of crafts and more demonstrators but I can't get C & C on Virgin so rarely get the chance to view as my computer is generally in use for college work."

"for a mere 20 pounds, you get 10% discount on absolutely everything, you get 10 pounds credit into your account, you get a free gift each month and a magazine sent to your home, as well as being able to view it online, and of course you get your create and craft pin , the discounts do make a difference when you purchase a lot so worth the 20 pounds purchase price , i love create and craft would be lost without being able to have a creative outlet and create and craft makes it not only possible to satisfy my creative juices but incredibly easy"

"I have been a member for almost three years now and have saved way more thsn the memberrship fee. i have just saved more than a years membeership in my last order,
my orders always arrive in perfect condition and the once when an item had opened during ttransit was replaced immediately.
sometimes delivery can be a little slow and if this was sorted it would be perfect. i would recommend the club to every crafter out there, fantasic prodeucts, flexi pay on some items, and discount too, who could ask for more."

"I have been a member of C & C for around 5 months. The £10 credit to the account straight away and 10% off all purchases is worth paying the £20 membership fee in the first place. I got my money back on the first order and i've saved around £300 upto now. Excellent club and would definitely recommend. I haven't been able to get a free members gift yet as the embossing boards were out of stock, but hoping to get the paper and glitter that are the free gifts at the moment. I love the presenters who are so enthusiastic and the interaction with the viewers is brill not surprised they won the tv award this year. Also think the classroom with Barbara is an absolutely inspired idea so we can get our materials ready in advance and then craft along with her at the same time. I missed the first couple but have been able to watch them online so well done there. My only negative and this is just a small one is that sometimes delivery can be a little slow but otherwise no complaints here."

"when you watch the adverts for joining the create and craft club, you think ' oh wow I want to be part of that '. Sadly it's rather a let down. You do get 10% discount which is a help if there is something you want, but I was expecting to be part of the club. A club with special offers and free gifts. Something more, something special. Oh well!!!"

"the bad bits out weigh the good bits i'm afraid - good bits 10% dicount and £10 credit.
bad points, when the show is busy the web site slows down or crashes, most of the time delivery takes 10 - 21 days for items to be delivered, no hits or tips on web site and been a member for 5 months and seen no free gift."

"I don't understand why people are complaining about the free gifts. It is worth joining the club for the 10% discount on everything. The last free gifts were embossing boards which I ddn't want anyway.
I am in my 2nd year and I think it is really good just for the magazine and the discount - well done Create and Craft - I think you are doing a good job. Just sort out the delivery service and you will be fantastic!!!"

"I’ve recently joined the Create and Craft Club. It’s great getting a 10% discount every time I shop. I keep finding comments about free gifts. I can’t find out how to get these. Is there anyone who can give me a little more information about them? Maybe in the future you could provide more information on them in the member’s details when you join. It still seems quite a good deal especially with the £10 added to your account when you first join."

"I have only been a member for a few weeks so have not received a hard copy magazine - but of course i have access to the online copy and all the back issues. £10 off my first order was available instantly. No free gifts as yet but hey ho no biggy - £10 for 4 magazines or maybe 6 (not sure if its quarter or bi monthly) with lots of offers and 10% off everything i buy - i got my money back and more on the first couple of orders. I appreciate things might have been different with more offers in the past but i have no complaints on what we get as club members now - an absolute must in my opinion"

We're sorry you are disappointed with the club. We do have regular members exclusive offers - the reason you cannot find one at present is because the current 'gift' is out of stock. We are now working to bring out a new one and will email you (if you are an email subscriber). Alternatively, keep checking the website for details. Remember, you do have your £10 credit on your account and still get 10% off every purchase! Hope this helps.

"Oh yes, what has happed to the free gifts, I sent emails and replied with the free gifts number. we should not have to do that, they should be advertised in the craft club button.
Love the 10% but dissapointed that only once was there a free gift i.e. the gel pens when membership renewed. may not renew in November, dissapointed as other reviews."

"When I first joined 3 or 4 years ago the C & C club had online forums, tips and videos - all there is recently is the online magazine which no-one really needs as members receive a paper copy. What has happened to everything else?"

"Apparently there are 'regular' gifts of which you only pay the P+P?!!! i havent seen anything for months, and all i can seem to get is the online magazine, have never been able to access any hints or tips.... where is it all, or am i looking in the wrong place?!!!!!
